We will accept returns within 15 days of purchase, and reserve the right to refuse if notified later than this period.

Only unused tyres that has not been fitted or driven on are eligible for return.
Our warehouses are not open to the general public and our Team will organise the pickup and return freight of tyres back to us. You will be refunded the full amount of your tyre order.

The return process may take up to 15 working days and once the tyres have been delivered back to us, we will process your refund.
